Job summary

Tradeify 247 is seeking an Affiliate Manager to build and grow the affiliate and partner channel. You will recruit partners, support existing ones, track performance, and ensure cost-effective quality traders, collaborating with marketing, compliance, and finance teams.

You will own onboarding, negotiations, commissions, and performance reporting, while optimizing offers and coordinating with partners to drive growth in crypto and forex markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs (crypto/forex/fintech preferred).
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, Income Access).
• Strong analytical skills with performance data & reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of financial marketing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the Tradeify 247 affiliate program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing partner relationships.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates across crypto and forex trading.
• Set and manage commission structures, payout schedules, and special deals with finance.
• Monitor channel performance (registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, CPA) and report regularly.
• Optimize the program with new offers, promotions, tiering, and creative assets based on data.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, and product updates; run partner events.
• Review affiliate activity for quality and fraud; enforce program terms.
• Ensure partner marketing complies with guidelines and financial promotion rules with compliance.
• Monitor competitor programs and industry trends to stay competitive.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and grow the affiliate and partner channel for Tradeify 247. You’ll own the program end to end: recruiting new partners, supporting existing ones, tracking performance, and making sure the channel brings in quality traders at a healthy cost of acquisition. You’ll work closely with our marketing, compliance, and finance teams.

What You Will Do

• Own day-to-day management of the Tradeify 247 affiliate program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing partner relationships

• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates, including influencers, communities, and introducing partners across crypto and forex trading

• Set and manage commission structures, payout schedules, and special deals in partnership with finance

• Monitor channel performance (registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, CPA) and report on it regularly

• Optimize the program through new offers, promotions, tiering, and creative assets based on the data

• Supply affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, and product updates, and run regular touchpoints or partner events

• Review affiliate activity for quality and fraud, and enforce program terms

• Make sure all partner marketing complies with our guidelines and applicable financial promotion rules, working with the compliance team

• Keep an eye on competitor programs and industry trends to keep our offering competitive

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs, ideally in crypto, forex, prop trading, or another financial services or fintech vertical

• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, Income Access, or similar)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Clear written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

• Understanding of financial marketing compliance requirements

• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with affiliates or KOLs in the crypto or trading space

• Experience in the retail trading, prop trading, or crypto industry

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

• Experience running affiliate events or attending industry expos
