Job summary

CoinPoker is seeking a Head of Affiliates to own and scale the platform's affiliate acquisition strategy. You will lead the end-to-end program from recruitment and deal negotiation to activation and portfolio expansion, while building an effective team and expanding into new markets.

The role requires strong commercial discipline, ability to evaluate partner profitability, and collaboration with Payments, Fraud, and VIP teams to maintain healthy unit economics.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling an affiliate program in gaming or crypto.
• Strong track record in recruitment, deal negotiation and activation.
• Ability to evaluate partners on net rake and retention metrics.
• Proven leadership of commercial teams with clear performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Own partner acquisition strategy and end-to-end affiliate program.
• Build markets, tailor strategies by geo, and optimize deal structures.
• Lead, hire, and develop the affiliate team with clear targets.
• Manage risk, track net rake, and coordinate with payments and fraud teams.
• Own reporting framework and provide senior management insights.
