This onsite role manages the technology department, coordinates with manufacturing, marketing, and customers, and drives development from concept to production while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required with emphasis on Metallurgy or Materials Engineering.
• 10-15 years’ experience in Aerospace/IGT materials, especially cast superalloys, melting and refining.

Aufgaben

• Shape the next generation of aerospace superalloys and define Cannon-Muskegon's materials strategy.
• Manage the Cannon-Muskegon Technology Department: planning, budget, and personnel evaluations.
• Ensure state-of-the-art vacuum induction melting and refining chemistry, raw materials, and cleanliness for cast superalloys.
