Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Metallurgical Engineer to advance alloy performance and casting processes for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. You will work with a team of metallurgists and support lab and shop floor activities, driving quality and process improvements.

You will review specifications, analyze data, and communicate technical results to customers while coordinating with operations, quality, and engineering teams. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Improve alloy performance, casting processes, and product quality from lab or shop floor.
• Support melting, casting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
• Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and technical requirements.
• Analyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties.
• Troubleshoot quality and production challenges through root cause analysis.
• Partner with operations, quality, engineering, sales, and customers to deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, certifications, and customer documentation.
