Recovery.com in Madison, WI, seeks a Director of Performance Management to lead day-to-day operations of the Performance Management organization, driving retention, expansion, and customer success initiatives. You’ll manage a team of Performance Managers, Coordinators, and Copywriters, building scalable processes and coaching practices that deliver consistent experiences and sustainable revenue retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success or leadership roles with retention impact.
• Operational leadership for process improvement and scalable CS operations.
• 5+ years in digital advertising or ad-tech with paid traffic experience.
• Advanced data skills to build dashboards and dashboards from scratch.
• High EQ and collaborative leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with regular feedback.
• Coach Performance Managers to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize workflows to meet goals.
• Ensure tools and processes enable consistent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Product, Data, Sales, Billing, and Marketing.
