Job summary

Omnicom Media Group, the media services division of Omnicom Group, is seeking a Director, Addressable Investment Enablement. You will standardize activation workflows across search, social, and programmatic channels and drive unified investment processes across agencies.

You will partner with Agency Enablement, Data Operations, and Marketplace Strategy to ensure governance, data integrity, and scalable reporting. This role requires strong leadership and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years in addressable investment, account management and/or operations.
• Minimum 5 years in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and agency leadership.
• Highly structured and organized.

Responsibilities

• Standardize addressable activation workflows across agencies to harmonize investment processes.
• Establish governance, QA checkpoints, and reporting standards.
• Create unified activation frameworks across agencies and markets.
• Align activation workflows with forecasting, pacing, and reporting.
• Partner with Agency Enablement Directors to align processes.
