Job summary

Versant is seeking an Activations Manager to lead the Fandango1 Activation team, owning the full activation lifecycle from capacity planning to handoff for support. The role requires developing scalable processes, mentoring Activation Specialists, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Tech to deliver high-value partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex or enterprise implementations and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Activation Specialists and build activation expertise.
• Forecast capacity and manage the activation pipeline across multiple locations.
• Partner with Sales for complex opportunities and ensure operational feasibility.
• Oversee end-to-end activation lifecycle from planning to post-launch support.
• Escalate and resolve complex blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Develop activation processes, playbooks, and automation to improve efficiency.
