Versant is seeking an Activations Manager to lead a team of Activation Specialists and drive onboarding of digital products in a hybrid Orlando setting. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Support to ensure smooth activations, timely delivery, and scalable processes that enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years in software implementation, project management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience as a people manager with coaching and performance development responsibilities.
• Strong project management skills with ability to balance priorities and track metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel; experience in SaaS environment preferred.
• Experience with sports technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Activation Specialists.
• Oversee daily activation workflows, ensuring ownership, timelines, and quality.
• Lead activation projects from planning through completion, including milestones and logistics.
• Escalation point for activation challenges; manage scope and risks.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Document departmental processes and performance reporting for leadership.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
