Job summary

AON is seeking a senior leader for the Accountants Professional Liability (APL) Program based in Washington County, United States. This role is responsible for strategy, performance, and delivery of the APL Program, coordinating underwriting governance and product strategy. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in senior management roles within insurance and be skilled in building relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior management roles in insurance.
• Experience with professional liability exposures and program management.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end APL Program with accountability.
• Develop and mentor the Aon underwriting team.
• Coordinate with the Territorial Administrator distribution network.
