Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services and/or insurance, ideally in professional liability.
• 10+ years in senior management roles leading insurance functions.
• Track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Deep understanding of CPAs’ professional liability exposures and coverage structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accountants Professional Liability Program including strategy and performance.
• Develop the Aon underwriting team; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Align distribution strategy with program goals.
• Represent Aon at CPA profession events and presentations.
