- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 account managers, ensuring the team consistentlydelivers high-quality client service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account management function, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within key accounts,ensuring long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies for account growth, identifying opportunities forupselling and cross-selling services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and marketing to alignclient goals with company capabilities
- Monitor and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and other KPIs, providingstrategic insights to leadership
- Ensure client retention through regular engagement, identifying and mitigating risks beforethey impact the partnership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the account management team to optimizeprocesses and client outcomes
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needsand adapt services accordingly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success, withat least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a track record of managing keyaccounts
- Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and driving revenue throughupselling and cross-selling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the software development or IT consulting industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Base Salary: $175,000. On Target Earnings: $350,000 - $400,000 (base + bonuses)
