Job summary

The candidate should have 2+ years in admin roles and 2+ years running 10U programming, plus ability to manage large groups and coordinate events and marketing for the program.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an administrative capacity.
• At least 2 years’ experience running 10 and Under programming.
• Ability to manage a large group of dynamic individuals.

Responsibilities

• Growth and development of the 10 and under programs.
• Create schedules and outlines for Red, Orange, and Green Ball programming.
• Schedule quarterly special events for the 10 and under programs.
• Plan, organize, and implement a high energy and high-quality program thru lessons, clinics, and events.
• Responsible for all session registrations and daily signups/entries with accurate data.
• Develop marketing materials for 10 and Under programs and promptly respond to emails/phone calls.
