Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in current unit or similar setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvements.
• Provide guidance during life-threatening situations and evaluate outcomes.
• Implement innovative processes to enhance patient outcomes.
