Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Head Nurse to oversee patient care, staff management, and daily operations within a nursing unit. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing improvements in healthcare delivery.

You will apply the nursing process for clinical decision-making, ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care that respects patient autonomy and dignity.

Competenze

• RN licensure and BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar setting or specialty.
• Computer literacy and related training is advantageous.

• Interpret and review diagnostic data relevant to patient conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement department improvements.
• Guide staff during life-threatening situations and evaluate intervention outcomes.
