Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Alabama is seeking a Head Nurse to oversee patient care, staff management and day-to-day operations of a nursing unit. This role applies the nursing process to partner with patients and families to promote health and preserve dignity.

You will lead clinically, collaborate with the Manager/Director/CNO, coach staff, participate in hiring and performance evaluations, and implement system-wide improvements to enhance patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years experience on current unit or in like setting
• RN license with BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Computer literacy
