Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. This full-time role features a standard 8am-5pm schedule, with care responsibilities spanning outpatient and inpatient settings at two local locations.

Responsibilities include ENT and head and neck surgical care, collaboration with audiologists and APPs, and participation in a shared call rotation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
