Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon for a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The position is full-time, 8am-5pm, with duties split between two locations.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment options. Board eligibility and Vermont license are required, with call rotation and collaboration with APPs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
