Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement in the US to drive national strategy with Head & Neck Oncology KOLs, MEs, and other influencers. The role focuses on preparing for potential launch of petosemtamab and delivering a unified One Genmab engagement model.

The position leads engagement planning, recruits a speaker bureau, and synthesizes insights to inform brand strategy and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech for Director level, 8+ for Associate Director.
• Significant oncology marketing or medical affairs experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and MEs.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of oncology commercialization and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, programs, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead national thought leader engagement strategy for pre-launch and launch of petosemtamab.
• Build relationships with national/regional Head & Neck Oncology KOLs and Medical Experts.
• Monitor oncology landscape for trends affecting adoption of petosemtamab.
• Lead engagement planning at major oncology congresses and meetings.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate speakers for the speaker bureau.
• Coordinate cross-functional insights sharing to inform brand strategy and launch planning.
• Ensure activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
