Genmab is seeking a Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement for Head & Neck Oncology to drive strategic engagement with KOLs and medical experts across the United States. This field-based marketing role supports pre-launch and launch planning for petosemtamab, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to craft a differentiated, One Genmab engagement model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years at Director level or 8+ years at Associate Director level in pharma/biotech.
• Strong oncology experience across marketing, sales, medical affairs or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and medical experts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead national thought leader engagement strategy for Head & Neck Oncology.
• Engage national and regional KOLs, medical experts, and stakeholders.
• Identify trends affecting adoption of petosemtamab and inform strategy.
• Coordinate thought leader engagement at major congresses and meetings.
• Recruit, train, and manage the speaker bureau within regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver a One Genmab “KYSO” customer experience across functions.
• Synthesize insights to inform brand strategy, launch planning, and customer engagement.
• Share field-generated insights with cross-functional teams.
