Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement for Head & Neck Oncology in the U.S. You will shape national engagement strategies, build strong relationships with KOLs, and guide speaker programs to support a potential launch of petosemtamab. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with oncology marketing or medical affairs experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%–60% for congresses and regional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead national thought leader engagement strategy for Head & Neck Oncology.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, MEs, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee speaker bureau programs, timelines, and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
