Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive sales of oncology therapeutics in the Illinois territory. You will build account strategies, engage customers with clinical value propositions, and support reimbursement discussions.

This field-based role requires travel and a proven track record in pharma/biotech sales. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong closing skills, and experience with hospital and large accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Extensive pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital and large account sales and complex reimbursement issues.
• Willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate product efficacy and articulate customer value propositions.
• Provide clinical support and information as needed.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and internal partners.
