Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive growth by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts. You will demonstrate knowledge of product clinical efficacy and articulate value propositions while providing clinical support and ensuring you meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.
• Specialty sales experience preferred.
• Experience with reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D preferred.
• Experience with hospital and large account sales preferred.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product clinical efficacy and articulate value propositions.
• Provide clinical support and information as needed.
• Achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and proactively identify new business within assigned accounts.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and internal partners.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
• Report to a District Manager as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
