Netflix, Inc. in the United States seeks a visionary leader to build and guide a new Creative & Policy DSE team. You will hire top ML scientists, analytics engineers, and data scientists, partner with product and engineering, and drive a 0-1 space with ambitious, data-driven decisions.

You will shape roadmaps, foster inclusivity, and ensure high-quality outputs that inform strategy and policy for Netflix Ads.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional project delivery.
• Quantitative and qualitative thinking in decision making.
• Able to understand complex systems with high emotional intelligence.
• Player-coach mentality with roadmap development and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and presentations to technical and creative audiences.
• Experience with multimodal LLMs and VLMs in Ads.
• Ability to lead hybrid Analytics, Data and ML teams in the Ads space.
• Translate business objectives into actionable analytics with data-driven recommendations.
• Passion for TV and movies and shaping future entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, inspire, and grow ML Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Lead partnerships with stakeholders across product, engineering, consumer insights, content, and strategy.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative, collaborative culture within team and broader org.
• Develop team charter and roadmap aligning to evolving business needs.
• Act as ambassador between Product, Engineering, Strategy, and DSE with deep product understanding.
• Ensure team outputs are trustworthy and high-quality, influencing business decisions.
