Job summary

Netflix is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Scientist to design and develop innovative ML solutions for promotional writing and content discovery. You will define algorithmic strategies, lead end-to-end development, and partner across teams to scale models into production.

Responsibilities include rigorous experimentation, statistical validation, and translating complex concepts for stakeholders. Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow are required, with a PhD or MSc in ML/CS

Qualifications

• Experience designing and analyzing rigorous experiments with statistical validation.
• Strong background in ML and deep learning, esp. NLP/NLG.
• PhD preferred or MSc with strong research track record.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and statistical analyses for summarization and generation tasks.
• Translate complex ML concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end ML development: research, training, evaluation, integration.
