Elon University is seeking a Head Men's Tennis Coach on Elon Main Campus. The role oversees all aspects of the men's tennis program, including recruiting, training, coaching student-athletes, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and conference rules.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of intercollegiate coaching experience; a Master's degree is preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential in a collaborative athletics environment at Elon University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field with minimum of 5 years of coaching at the intercollegiate level.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations governing recruitment, eligibility and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all activities of the men's tennis program.
• Recruit, train and coach student-athletes; supervise recruiting activities.
• Ensure NCAA and conference compliance; adhere to university policies.
• Hire and develop coaching staff; oversee practice and contests.
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and provide support.
• Manage program expenditures and resources.
