Job summary

Elon University is seeking an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach to support the head coach in managing all aspects of the program on Elon’s main campus. The role emphasizes recruiting, skill development, and mentoring student‑athletes throughout the academic year.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience; a Master’s degree and NCAA Division I coaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; one year of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field and NCAA Division I coaching experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and recruitment regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated aspects of the women's lacrosse program and recruit student-athletes.
• Ensure NCAA compliance in recruiting, eligibility, and financial aid.
• Oversee practice sessions and player development.
• Mentor student-athletes and support academic progress.
