YMCA of the Rockies is seeking a Head Lifeguard for the summer season in Mission, KS. The role oversees day-to-day aquatics operations and ensures safety for guests and staff. The position requires strong customer-service skills and English fluency, with responsibilities including staff orientation, scheduling, and maintaining facility standards.

Position runs June 2026 through August 2026. A $300 bonus is offered if certified before hire, contingent on completing the working full agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
• Assist with pool and staff scheduling.
• Orient new staff in pool policies, procedures and rules.
• Attend weekly program meetings in absence of the Aquatics Director.
• Uphold the YMCA safety program and promote a safe environment.
