Job summary

Urbanlogic Ltd in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations of our Indian dining establishment. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional service, and maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing an Indian restaurant, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Bachelor's in Hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the restaurant
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Train new staff members on restaurant procedures and policies
