Qualifications

Coaching authorization or endorsement, or willingness to obtain.
Knowledge of Iowa High School Athletic Association rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, organization, and supervision for all aspects of the high school baseball program.
Develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and seasonal training programs.
Teach and develop fundamental baseball skills: hitting, pitching, fielding, base running, conditioning, and game awareness.
Ensure compliance with school district policies, conference guidelines, and IHSSA regulations.
Promote a positive, educational environment emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, character development, and academics.
Maintain communication with student-athletes, parents/guardians, assistant coaches, administration, and Activities Director.
