Job Description

Grundy Center Community School District is seeking a motivated and dedicated Head Baseball Coach to lead our High School Baseball program. The head coach will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the program while developing student‑athletes’ skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character. Responsibilities include planning and leading practices, organizing game and competition schedules, supervising assistant coaches, communicating with students and families, managing program logistics, and promoting a positive and competitive team culture. We are looking for a strong communicator who enjoys working with students, values teamwork and accountability, and is committed to helping student‑athletes grow both on and off the field.
