Job summary

Natick Public Schools seeks a Head Gymnastics Coach at Natick High School to lead athletic development, teamwork, and character building for student-athletes. The successful candidate will support students’ academic, social, and athletic growth in a diverse school community, collaborating closely with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED and MIAA certifications.
• Experience coaching in a diverse public school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of adolescent development and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support student-athletes in gymnastics development and character building.
• Collaborate with Athletic Director and staff; evenings and some weekends required.
• Address bias to promote rigor and opportunity for students.
• Assist with trainings and compliance per Natick Public Schools.
