Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations including shop, tee sheet, pace of play, and on-course services.
• Plan and conduct club tournaments, leagues, outings, and other golf events.
• Develop golf programs and instruction for members, guests, and junior golfers.
• Manage golf shop merchandise, inventory, purchasing, and sales.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise golf shop and outside-services staff.
• Support the club’s golf simulator and indoor golfing programs.
• Collaborate with club leadership and committees on operations and annual planning.
• Maintain a visible presence around the course and clubhouse.
