Qualifications

• Active Chemical Spray License is required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating teams.
• Ability to manage payroll within budget guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of aerification practices and turf care.
• Experience with equipment servicing and daily maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing of the maintenance facility.
• Manage daily setup and maintenance of all 27 holes.
• Ensure equipment is serviced and operational (daily to yearly).
• Apply chemicals, fertilizers, and fungicides per schedule.
• Maintain a Chemical Spray License and supervise staff.
• Communicate and report issues to the General Manager.
