Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in turf grass management or related field is required, or 5 years of supervisory experience in a golf course setting.
• Experience supervising a team in a club or resort environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course in optimal playing condition per Wild Rock standards.
• Develop and execute chemical and fertilizer application programs.
• Instruct and train staff on equipment operation and safety.
• Oversee irrigation system function and course maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate capital improvements and off-season projects.
