Role Description

The Golf Course Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based at Edgerton Towne C.C. in Edgerton, WI. This role oversees all aspects of golf course maintenance, including turf care, irrigation systems, landscape upkeep, and the safe application of fertilizers and pesticides. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance schedules, supervising grounds staff, inspecting course conditions, and coordinating equipment use and repairs. The Superintendent works closely with club leadership to manage budgets, plan seasonal projects, and ensure the course meets playability and aesthetic standards. The role also involves monitoring weather and environmental conditions, maintaining regulatory and safety compliance, and responding promptly to issues that affect course quality and member satisfaction.
