Qualifications

Experience playing and coaching softball.
Ability to communicate with students, parents, opponents and officials with clarity and integrity.
Commitment to Covenant Christian Academy's Statement of Faith and Core Values.
Demonstrates mature Christian character and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

Manage team activities during the season, including practices, games and equipment.
Instruct the team in softball rules, game strategies and performance principles.
Evaluate athletes' skills to determine fitness and potential roles.
Plan and direct training and conditioning programs to maximize performance.
Communicate expectations and season details clearly with players and parents.
Work with Athletic Director and other softball coaches to grow the girls softball program.
