Job summary

Qualifications

• Softball coaching experience required.
• Ability to lead and mentor athletes and lower level coaches.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct organized practices.

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with the Director of Athletics, participating athletes and families.
• Student mentoring: spiritual development and athletic skill development.
• Conduct organized, structured practices.
• Program organization: roster, uniform and equipment inventory, organize practice instruction, supervision of athletes.
• Coaching administration: pre- and post-season meetings with the Director of Athletics, parent meetings, CPR certified, MHSAA Online Meeting.
