You will hire and evaluate staff, promote the program, and coordinate fundraising efforts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of football coaching experience, with a master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 5 years of football coaching experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of successful collegiate head coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and oversees all coaching duties for the Football Program.
  • Directs and coordinates recruitment and training for athletics.
  • Hire, manage, and evaluate the assistant coaching staff.
  • Recruit student athletes in accordance with NCAA, RMAC, and NMHU rules.
  • Promote the Football program and university through marketing and public relations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising activities.
  • Manage all financial operations of the football program.
