Job summary

Bonneville Seattle is seeking a dynamic editorial leader to oversee MyNorthwest content, grow our audience, and align daily storytelling with our brand. You will manage the digital content production staff and ensure timely, compelling updates across digital properties in support of our legacy media portfolio.

You will steer editorial voice, recruit and coach writers, coordinate with on-air teams, and champion collaboration, innovation, and excellence while delivering engaging content across

Qualifications

• 4 year degree (journalism, communications) or commensurate work experience.
• Managerial experience.
• Good working knowledge of Digital Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress, HTML, and Photoshop.
• Audio and Video editing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee editorial direction and brand identity for MyNorthwest.
• Lead production, gathering, editing and updating content daily.
• Manage the digital content staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Bonneville Seattle’s management and on-air teams.
• Ensure digital properties are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with company initiatives.
