The role requires handling heavy components, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using a range of tools and computer systems to access assembly data. Starting pay ranges from $18.40 per hour to $25.97 per hour, with quarterly gainsharing potential, shift differential

Qualifications

• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation.
• Must be able to stand on concrete for the full shift with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow standardized work procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble head components for heavy-duty trucks.
• Log and inspect head cores for quality and completeness.
• Operate tools and equipment such as hoists, torches, and hand tools to support manufacturing processes.
• Utilize drawings and BOMs via computer systems to access assembly data.
