Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Byesville, OH is seeking a team member to disassemble S60 and HDEP heads as part of our remanufacturing process. You will log work, ensure head core quality, and follow standardized procedures.

Operate computers and shop tools such as hoists, torches, presses, and hand or air tools while supporting safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in a heavy‑duty truck environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the full shift.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma / GED preferred; further college education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble head components for heavy-duty trucks.
• Log, disassemble, and ensure quality of the head cores.
• Follow standardized work procedures and participate in safety improvements.
• Use computers to access data, drawings, bills of materials and specs.
