Job Description

Littleton High School has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach to lead our student athletes for the upcoming season. The Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and developing a competitive, educational, and positive program that promotes student‑athlete growth, sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development. The coach will plan and conduct practices, supervise games, foster a culture of respect and accountability, and ensure compliance with all school, league, and state athletic association policies. The successful candidate will effectively communicate with student‑athletes, parents, and school staff while serving as a positive role model and mentor. Prior coaching experience at the high school level is preferred.

Stipend per LEA contract:

Step 1 - 3,705

Step 2 - 4,107

Step 3 - 4,508

Step 4 - 4,875
