Job summary

South Block in the DMV region seeks a hands-on Head Coach to lead store operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll hire and train staff, create schedules that balance business and people needs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences on every shift while nurturing our culture. This role offers a clear growth path, a base salary of $60,000–$70,000, quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GM experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Hospitality mindset and passion for people, culture, and guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
