• 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry.
• Hospitality mindset and passion for people, culture, and guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Calm, flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations from the front with energy and accountability.
