Job summary

South Block is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations with a focus on people, performance, and guest experiences. You’ll hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, build schedules that balance business needs with staff wellbeing, and actively nurture a culture people love to be part of.

You’ll own daily operations, guide you team to deliver top-notch guest experiences on every shift, and contribute to South Block’s growth as new locations open across the DMV and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry.
• Hospitality mindset and passion for people, culture, and guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to coach others.
• Calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
