You will balance team leadership, food safety, and financial performance, while coaching managers and frontline staff through multiple roles to ensure consistent store success.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants or retail operations.
• Hands-on leadership of teams and coaching staff.
• Comfort with using digital tools for operations, reporting and communication.
