Job summary

Ripon College seeks a Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach to lead both programs, recruit top student-athletes, and oversee day-to-day operations, budget, travel, and equipment.

The successful candidate will develop student-athletes academically and athletically, coach with integrity, manage staff and meet operations, and ensure compliance with Ripon College, Midwest Conference, and NCAA rules.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching swimming & diving at collegiate, high-level club, or elite high school levels.
• Proven recruiting, program-building, and athlete development.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top student-athletes who fit academic and athletic standards.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative, operational, and tactical facets of both programs.
• Direct, evaluate, and mentor assistant coaches to build an effective staff.

Ripon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach.Reporting to the Vice President and Director of AthleticsHead Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving Coach Full-Time | 12-Month Staff PositionKey Responsibilities:Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and retain top-tier student-athletes who align with the academic and athletic standards of our institution.Program Leadership & Operations: Oversee all day-to-day administrative, operational, and tactical facets of both the men’s and women’s programs to drive team success and athlete development.Staff Management: Direct, evaluate, and mentor assistant coaches to build a cohesive and effective coaching staff.Meet Management: Manage all aspects of home and away competition logistics, safety protocols, and operations.
