Job summary

Ohio Valley Community Christian College seeks a dedicated Men's Lacrosse Head Coach to lead and grow our junior college program. The role focuses on building a competitive roster, developing student-athletes, and maintaining strong program culture.

The head coach will recruit, schedule practices and games, implement offensive and defensive systems, monitor academics, and collaborate with athletic administration to ensure student-athlete success on and off the field.

Qualifications

• Prior lacrosse coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of player development and game strategy.
• Ability to lead and mentor student-athletes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a competitive men's lacrosse roster.
• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes.
• Plan practices, conditioning, and game preparation.

Position OverviewOhio Valley Community Christian College (OVCCC) is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and student-focused Men's Lacrosse Head Coach to lead and grow our junior college lacrosse program.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a competitive roster, developing student-athletes, and ensuring player retention throughout the academic year.
