Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and encourage student-athletes to maximize athletic potential in a Christ-centered context.

• Supervise practice sessions and manage game day operations.
• Support student-athlete success in academics, athletics, and personal growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletics Department.

Job Summary

This position has responsibility for supporting CVCA’s athletic programs in accordance with the OHSAA and our athletic mission to Build Christ-like Character as Ambassadors for Christ through Competitive Excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Train, disciple, and encourage student-athletes to perform athletically to the maximum of his or her potential to honor and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ
• Communicate the mission of the program
• Integrate the program into the school community
• Supervise practice and manage games
• Support student-athlete success in all areas of the student experience
• Other duties as assigned
