Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of successful collegiate baseball coaching experience.
• Demonstrated collegiate recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with prospective and enrolled student-athletes, fellow coaches, and university administration.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day planning and supervision of practices and competitions for baseball.
• Strategize, prepare, and coach student-athletes at competitions.
• Provide instruction and development for individual/team improvement and strategies.
• Manage staff to adhere to overall vision for the program.
• Support physical preparedness program for the team.
• Attend all department and staff meetings and trainings.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes at a level to compete successfully.
• Maintain rosters and ensure competitiveness.
